Specialized in Tartines, thick-crusted slices of bread creatively accompanied with seasonal quality products, Tartine also features a variety of crafted cocktails and finely chosen wine list. Tartine is all about the comfort of home, familiarity and warmth.

Born on the French Island of Ile de la Reunion, Orrico has enjoyed meteoric success under his mentor, Pierre Gagnaire, in Paris, London and Hong Kong to become a Michelin-starred Chef. In October 2013, Orrico created a “buzz” in Hong Kong culinary scene with the opening of his first solo venture Upper Modern Bistro. With one Michelin star, UMB remains the only starred bistro in Hong Kong as of today. In December 2014, Orrico continued his culinary adventure and opened ON Dining Kitchen and Lounge in Central. In October 2015 Tartine became his third iconic dining place.
